Welcome to the Knowledgebase. Before you start diving through articles, start with this one. It has some helpful hints to making use of this site and the eLearning platform. What is available?

To start with there are 3 main areas of this support site. The Knowledgebase (where you are now), the Forum, and the eLearning platform. Each of these areas is described in more detail below along with links to get to the section quickly.


The knowledgebase is similar to a FAQ page, but is loaded will articles, videos, and some tutorials. Since you’re already here, you don’t need a link, but if you need more depth to the content you may want to consider the eLearning platform.

eLearning Platform

This is your starting point to certification. The platform is loaded with your initial training and covers everything from how to use the eLearning system all the way through the fine details of your membership. The forum is all about help from your fellow memberes, and a few JMC staffers. Everyone is there to help answer questions you may not be able to find elsewhere. Simple click the button below to head over to the forum and get started communicating with your fellow community members!
